If a ‘rainbow’ is a baby born after loss, then a ‘unicorn’ is a baby born after infertility. One of my many side projects is helping to grow a supportive community for parents who have experienced a reproductive trauma. I have fabulous colleagues who run the Rainbows & Unicorns blog with me, and today we launched the RainCorns Tribe* Facebook group!
RainCorns Tribe is a peer-led, pro-choice, science-based, secular support group for parents who’ve experienced a reproductive trauma. This includes, but is not limited to, support for people who have experienced pregnancy/baby loss, infertility, pregnancy termination, traumatic birth, pre-/postpartum depression or anxiety, as well as those in the LGBTQIA+ community.
Please join us!
Friends and allies of parents after reproductive trauma, and anyone still TTC, are welcome.
* RainCorns Tribe is closed group, meaning that all member requests have to be screened by an admin. Non-members can see who is a member, the group logo, and group description, but they CANNOT see the group’s content. All members will be vetted and must be approved by admins. Members must agree to the guidelines set forth.

Hi, I am an egg donor recepriant and have had a lot of fertility issues including early onset of menopause and hypothyroidism due to previous cancer treatment. I have a son from this and he is the light of my life( my poor hubby). But I am now trying for a sibling for him and have had many medical road blocks lately. Thin lining and a failed FET have been the lastest with a hysterscopy thrown in. Just wanted to connect with women who have been there too.

Welcome, Louise! It’s nice to meet you. I’m sorry to hear about your continued struggles, I know it’s so hard. And I’m sorry your FET didn’t work this time. What are your next steps?
