The date of embryo transfer may be a few days later than the timeframe below, because it doesn’t take PGD (genetic testing on embryos) into consideration.
BEHOLD!
Begin one Baby Aspirin daily (81 mg), any brand is fine. If allergic to aspirin, do not take. Also begin one Prenatal Vitamin daily. Any brand is fine. Begin additional Folic Acid (4mg) daily. Continue with these medications until otherwise instructed.
1/23 Last Birth Control Pill. You may need to refill your birth control prescription to continue ACTIVE birth control pills during this time.
1/16 Please schedule injection instructions for your Lupron and Delestrogen.
1/19 Begin Lupron 20 units subcutaneous daily continue daily until otherwise notified.
1/28 Baseline ultrasound with blood work (whether your menstrual cycle begins or not).
1/28 Begin Estradiol Injections.
2/4 Follow up ultrasound and blood work.
2/11 Follow up ultrasound and blood work.
2/11-14 Egg Retrieval.
2/14-19 Embryo Transfer. You will need to plan decreased activity for 24 hours after embryo transfer.
I have a big smile on my face this morning. Even though I have to cough up $43,000 (about £30,000) in the next week or so, I have a BIG SMILE ON MY FACE.
